I didn't have any personal recommendations, but I felt after talking to you on the phone that you would do a great job for us. I worked with realtors throughout my career as a real estate paralegal so I feel as though I have an insiders perspective on what to look for in a good realtor. You are not just a good realtor, you are top knotch!
We appreciate your patience in helping us find exactly what we were looking for and being willing to go outside of your area to do that. I think you must have put hundreds of miles on your car driving us to all the places you thought we might be interested in. When we looked at a property you didn't rush us in and out, even if there were things that we weren't quite sure about. That allowed us to really determine what was important to us and what we might be able to live with. The great thing was that you really cared about helping us find the right house and not just closing a sale.
You were so responsive when we had questions and worked around our schedule, especially when we ended up in a time crunch to find a house. I really felt you were watching out for our interest. Even after the closing you are still there for us when we have questions. That's really above and beyond what you have to do and speaks a lot for you as a person, that we are happy in our new home.
